The cooks/owners name is Angel Bailey. She has been cooking since she was a child and follows recipes passed on to her from generations before. She was a RGM for a fast food chain through the Covid-19 pandemic. There she learned how much the people lean on food businesses to supply meals for their families. She also witnessed the ways fast food and restaurant chains industrialize the food industry, focusing only on profit and ignoring health risk with the food they serve. Angel takes pride in serving your family healthy home cooked meals while also taking the stress of cooking and cleaning off of you.
